Emre Can Şahin was born in Turkey. He has studied Radio and Television Programming in Bülent Ecevit University, following that, he completed a degree in Radio, Television and Cinema degree from the Aydin Adnan Menderes University. He works as a videographer, producing clips, pieces of fiction and documentaries. He has worked as a director and cinematographer on more than 25 film projects. His films have been showed in national and international festivals and earned awards. He continues to make films on human lives and ethnic issues.
Emre learned about Kildare Youth Theater through his brother Oğuzhan Şahin, who has been volunteering with us since 2020.
Emre will help us with our social media, including event shootings at Kildare Youth Theatre, documentaries of volunteers coming to the project, acting in front of the camera and short films within the scope of the project.
